not enough info to comment, did you give them a way to respond or just assume they could? Either way complaints about sellers are not really supposed to be posted here, please read, the forum guidelines. It may be you are a new buyer and they feel you are not worth their time… Hang in there and maybe be more specific .Good luck!
Being a stranger to the seller your Emails are probably going to spam.
I've received an e-mail back for every question I've asked. check you spam folder.
If they go through gunbroker, they should not end in a sellers spam box. The might anyway. Most of the dealers I have emailed through GG and directly with FFL copy have gone through fine. I have found some sellers are not communicative, and ship quickly with only a tracking sent through GB. Try again.
We TRY to get to all of the emails….I'm checking every few minutes some days. I'll go a couple days without checking because I have to take a break here and there. If its a stupid question like something that is listed in the description…..I'll put it off, but typically answer once I feel like I won't give a smartasp reply.
Not many actual GB emails go to spam, but the emails from the transferring ffl will go there from time to time.
Check your profile. I have about 3-4 different emails, each for a specific uses. Make sure your address for gunbroker is the one you are currently looking at.
I emailed a seller yesterday asking for shipping cost to my zip code, never heard back from him so i didn't bother to bid on his auction (and no, nothing in spam folder ) his lost , even if I didn't bid high enough to win his auction just having some one else bidding would have gotten him more money for his item
I have always heard back from sellers. They have been delayed at times due to holidays or weekends.
