Noble Model 77 Shotgun
I just picked up a little 410 pump - it's marked Noble 77X but I'm told it was also branded as Western Field Model 480 and is similar to the Noble Model 70.
I've had enough little parts go flying or heard the forbidding "boing" when taking apart a gun I know nothing about. The gun needs a good cleaning, so all I'm looking for is a basic take down and reassembly.
Hard to see, but the gun has screws holding on a sideplate (left and right) so common sense would say unscrew them and you can get inside the receiver for general cleaning and access to the bolt.
The forend is rubbing against the barrel when cycling, i need to remove it and do a little relieving of the wood, so I'm figuring removing the left sideplate makes sense.
Any help appreciated.

Here is a schematic:

Hope this helps!

Numrich schematics are usually my "blueprint" on how to disassemble and reassemble. Not quite doing it this time. Looks like removing the sideplate is going to allow trigger and other internals to be freed up too.
