Have you, do you fish with a magnet? Sounds like it is picking up in popularity and some really cool items can be found. I would really like to do it.

It's a good idea just to have one in the tackle box. I once dropped a knife in a drink. Had I had a speaker magnet (pre-neodymium) I could have gotten that back. Also if I were to do some in my neck of the woods I'd get smelly and wet with not much to show for it.
I was wondering if you need a fishing license to magnet fish?
Probably do around here, as our lakes and rivers have a lot of Steel Heads. 😁
