Yesterday afternoon. They were sitting there, nose-to-nose. Admiring the autumn leaves I guess.

Look happy enough,,
Lots of turtle movement around our place lately. It has been real dry so I think they are moving around looking for moisture.
"I ain't moving—well I ain't moving" standoff.
Lol, well done^^^
They do not know how to back up so it is a Mexican stand-off!
.
I guess that you confirmed that they were actually nose to nose.
Ya can't tell from the shell shape?
Butt sniffin?
Nose to nose, not so much.
”Let me guess. You had 3 flies for lunch”.
“No. But I can tell, you had one big moth!” “Your breath stinks!”
you'll run out of beer waiting for them to move……..
And that's a bad thing? He only has to drive 30 miles for more.
It takes a while for them to get to nose to nose after taking turns sniffing each others butt.
Nothing happens nose to nose dude. Been a while has it?
If that were true the eskimos would be extinct way long ago.
Flip them over. The female has flat stomach . The male has a concave stomach.
Profound!
just the thought of flipping them over got him all tongue tied……
