Recently came across a near perfect K-22 Masterpiece, 6" BL. I was told that it is thought to be a '1940's'… SN range K 91xxx. I think it is newer. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Does the barrel have a flat "rib" on top ?
If so, it appears to be a Post War K-22 3rd Model made between 1946-1957 when model numbers were introduced. Pre-Model 17 Source : Forty Third Edition Blue Book of Gun Values
