"The Great Escaper" came out in 2023 (looking forward to the DVD) about a British Navy on D-Day who went to France on the 70th anniversary. The story is he was living in a care home at 89 who was denied to attend took it upon himself to go. Michael Caine plays Bernard Jordan his last roll. He was also good in "Harry Brown".
"The Last Rifleman" similar plot with the names changed that came out in 2024. Pierce Brosnan plays Artie Crawford (based on Bernard Jordan). Strange seeing James Bond old.
