If on November 5, Harris doesn't win even a single state, she will still be the vice president of the United States for another two and a half months before Trump is inaugurated. That's plenty of time to heap all sorts of revenge on Trump and anyone else she will blame for her failures.

I think if she loses, and trump actually survives, then Biden will step down so she can be POTUS. Then he and Hunter will be pardoned for any crimes.
She didn't do nothing for 4 years and she got no power to do anything for the last few weeks. At most biden will be signing all kinds of "executive orders" on his way out feinstein style.
