Another Computer Question

cbxjeffcbxjeff Member Posts: 17,624 ✭✭✭✭

I took a farewell tour of Peoria, IL with my son last weekend. He took many pictures and now are on an USB memory stick. Can I copy all the pictures at once and past to a file on my laptop? I have forgotten half of what I knew about computers and I never was too good. Thanks folks.

With Windows 11 it is as simple as opening photo and then plugging your media into the computer. A message should come come up saying it was detected and if you want to download. You may get a security notice about scanning for viruses first and I always hit yes because it only takes a few seconds. Hit download and voila all the pics will be in your computer. You can choose a separate file for them in photo as well. Bob

Did you stop at "Agatuchi's" (sp?).

BobJudy, does that work for Win10 also?

asop, sure did. My sone drove the 190 miles to Peoria. I could probably have driven that far but I'm not so comfortable on the road anymore. I introduced him to Dan behind the bar and we talked about my having my first ever pizza there in 1956 when Dan's dad, Jerry was behind the bar.

That did it BobJudy and saved me a lot of time and frustration as there were about 40 pictures. Thanks .
