adding shipping

How do you add shipping to an invoice? The place to do so is "greyed" out and will not allow any entry.
My listing was ship at actual cost, but I noticed that the invoice screen says free shipping…which is not how I set this up. Anyone have a solution?
Thanks

Sounds like you'll have to eat it.
Give us the auction link so we can see what ad says.
Yes as above we need to see what is in your auction ad as we have many good sellers here like @shootuadeal and others that could possibly help you, but you gotta give them something to work with. Welcome to the forums, hang around and join in.
I have the same problem; auction id: 1072887670.
I never selected anything, I’m not sure how this happened.
*anything after he won the auction.
it will even let me select edit order and provide the company and tracking number but no price…
please help
@Vaborn22 you really should have started your own post, but I was able to see your completed sell and it appears you stated "actually shipping cost" I have never sold, only a buyer, so I don't know how the invoicing through GB works for sellers, but if you have a buyer and have their contact then contact them and tell them the total cost including shipping is my advice, I have purchased some from someone that said pay the GB invoice, then sent me an additional bill for shipping even though the GB invoice had the correct amount but the seller said pay less… then had to send another check for the difference.. was only a couple of dollars, but a pain in the backside for the buyer. me! Just communicate with the buyer and get it right the first time, or else use a fixed shipping charge and either take the gain or eat the difference. The key is communication between the seller and buyer. And @mysterythecat we can't provide you any info if you don't provide auction id….
thank you, he is nice and I don’t think it’s a problem, but just not sure why the invoice did/is doing this.
It has been a while since I did any selling on GB but I would mark the actual cost for shipping and estimate the amount. If my estimate was higher than actual, I'd send a refund to the buyer. If I was too low, I'd eat the shortage.
Most of my estimates were LOW.
Maybe open a support issue on the auction side, asking for explanation/ help. Good luck.
