I used to attend & really enjoy hockey, baseball & football games on as regular basis. My enthusiasm has REALLY dwindled over the past years. Age, scenario of the sports today or what?? Just absolutely no interest🤔

Same with me. I just don't want to be in crowded places anymore.
I feel the same, might be the attitude of the players. Might be the crowds, might be it just doesn't matter anymore.
Gymnastics are the only athletes I respect or watch anymore.
I was a odd ball I guess
I never liked or watched any sports other than racing
My younger years were focused on cars , guns, and girls in that order
I learned early on the money I spent on girls dating going out and the like was money I could use for my cars and guns and they were no where near the drama and worries LOL
When I met my future and current wife, of 46 years my prioritys changed bit but still have never been a sports guy
Now I hear of the millions of dollars the players make (good for them get all you can) and cost of going to a game i guess i can say glad i never had any interest
But I see the interest and enjoyment it brings to millions of fans and glad for all of them, and you supporting a for your teams
NASCAR was as close as I got to following favorite drivers and any sport every weekend but after dale Sr died it went to crap
used to follow them with a passion, till they let politics into the broadcast and the broadcast booth. I don't care what the player/announcer cares about, I turned it on to see the game. since the kneeling BS I haven't watched a NFL game and since baseball went on strike that did me in on them………
The ONLY sports I ever had a passion for were (and still are) HUNTING & FISHING.
Yup. No interest in watching mediocre, over-paid, multi-millionaire players compete for billionaire team owners.
I don't care to watch a bunch of overpaid, egocentric, and steroid-fueled so-called "stars" perform their antics on any field or arena. And that some people value their opinions about politics, life, or even what food to eat amazes me!
A very smart old timer once told me that ball games are entertainment for the low IQ and to make the rich richer.
