Our son and his wife came over today and ran two tanks of gas through my splitter. And they stacked it too! All it cost us was a chicken dinner and a cherry cobbler! Quite an achievement as they live in Fallon, Nv. 126 miles away. Ain't nothin' bettern fambly. Me en ma are set fer the winter now, they even put 1/2 cord on the porch. Damn, I'm a lucky man!

Very NICE! You are a lucky man!
Angling to be in the will?
Very nice Eddie! Think they want a little vacation to the PNW??
They love the PNW, but he worked out of Reno pulling triples to S.L.C. for years. Retired now living in Fernley which is a nice little town.
Just to finish your title—"IF A WOODCHUCK COULD CHUCK WOOD"
elubsme, I can't hire anyone around here to do that. I bought 2+ acres in Spring Creek about 20 years ago. Steep hill with a beautiful mountain view. I wanted to have a log cabin built but my wife didn't want to retire and the years slipped by.
Same here, we hired a boy to rake pine needles and he spent more time on his phone than working. Our son did it because I'm still recovering from the accident back in July.
Hope for your full recovery soon. I should have added Spring Creek, NV - just outside of Elco. Are you also located in NV?
Susanville, 100 miles north of Reno but we have family in Sparks, Fernley and Fallon.
