I need to paint our metal fire pit. Is there any paint that will hold up?

Fireplace and stove paint. Made just for this purpose. Most hardware stores should have it.
Automotive header paint

Rust- Oleum makes what they call BBQ & Stove paint. It’s a spray on paint that is suppose to be good to 1200° F. I’ve heard of people using it to paint stainless steel barrels on their rifles, it’s flat black.
That is what I used on an older gas BBQ and it held up great for 5 or so years until I upgraded to a newer one. I wore out everything else on the old one but the paint still looked great. Bob
I used this when I refreshed the doors on my wood stove insert. Worked great.
