I have a Model 1894 that needs a few screws. Seems to be the only site I found that has parts; repro or original.

If you’re talking Bobs Gun Parts in Arkansas I have in the past. Got what I ordered. Been a while though. Good gosh he has to be in his 80s if he is running it or more?
Brownells sells a kit containing a wide variety of gun screws. They are all blue/black finish so you might want to antique the heads a bit if you are trying to replace buggered screws in an old 1894.
There's quite a few screws for an 1894 over on the auction side.

"Winchester Bob" Knapp in Maine - I've HEARD he does good work, but does so on his own time table. Just had to cancel an order for '73 and '76 parts which I'd thought I'd verified were "on-hand", 5 weeks after my payment was deposited and no parts/no update. Now comes trying to get the refund. So, to my mind S-L-O-W.
Lots of Winchester collectors speak highly of him and his workmanship, but if it's urgent, perhaps not the best source. Sadly, like so many hobby businessesmen it seems he'll get to it when he gets to it. Sounds like the parts are worth waiting for if you've got the time. Good luck!
I did email Bob and he responded the next day.
