this part is very specific to the Ruger 77/22 Magnum or Ruger 77/17 All Weather with the "boat-paddle" type stock. On these rifles the magazine latch plunger and spring are held in a block which is pinned to the bottom of the receiver. I need the block itself.
Ruger doesn't have it and cannot even supply a part number. Gun Parts Co (Numrich) has no clue because it doesn't show up on a schematic. If you know someone that has switched stocks from the boat-paddle synthetic to wood this part was left over and I will buy it.
