Im looking for the style where the front ring was an 1 1/8" long and back ring about 15/32" long. Front ring had a large dovetail, back had the windage screws on an angle.
Hoping for 26.5mm or 27mm rings.
Needle in a haystack. And some hens teeth too..... [:D]
Thanks!

What are the Redfield base numbers?
This is the pre-WWII 'Senior" mount - no base numbers.
That is a real Gem! As mentioned tho, Suhler German claws those be.
Here is the misc parts I have to show basically what I'm after.
My rings are only 7/8" tho. I'd like 26.5mm rings, or info if there were split rings available in that time.
If someone has some pictures or a decent brochure picture they could post or send me it would be most appreciated.
Thanks folks!
The thought of modern mounts on a vintage firearm doesn't seem right. Even if I have pics to go by I can create a model to duplicate on a cnc mill.
Actually I did have some lined up but the seller didn't want to fill out some simple paperwork thanks to Obama.

I applaud your idea of vintage mounts on that gun.[8D]
I like that "look" also. I know this ain't exactly what you want , but maybe a second place item that could be useful??

I will be using a 5X Emil Busch so that will require a different set up.
Pretty bound determined on the Redfield design.
Appreciate the heads up!
