I am looking for a Remington 40x sporter. Fair cash price paid.

one sporter made for each 500 Rifles What I was trying to relate to is the fact that in the 1950's -the 1970's most all of the well known American makers of 22 TARGET RIFLES built the same gun in a sporter version Winchester had a model 69 model 75 and model 52. Target rifles they also made a sporter version of all three .Remington made a bunch of different models The 5 series 510 511 512 and a target 513 and jr. target. I think a 521 They also made a 513 S which was a Sporter version the Remington model 37 was a match grade targeet rifle later replaced by the 40X target rifle. I dont think they ever built a Model 37 Sporter but they did build a Limited number of 40 X sporters
Sort of like Winchester Model 52 sporters before the fake JAP models

I don't see where Remngton is even making any other then possibly the custom shop.
