I need a barrel for a 1892 25-20 take down with good bore.

Consider using a 32-20 barrel. It's a better caliber and will fit with no other parts change.

+ 1 on 32/20 more power & easy to find ammo @%/20 ammo VERY HARD to find where I live no gun shops or even big Box type outdoor stores

Resleeving would better handle jacketed bullets.
Reboring rerifling and remarking to the larger caliber is also an option
but I'd stick with lead bullets.
