This requires a hazardous tag to ship and you must pay $31 for it and they can only be shipped by a specially licensed supplier. An FFL is not enough to do so.

I must have missed something along the way. Do you mean that to ship
primers you must have a "special" license?? When did all that take place?

BT99 check the UPS website and USPS won't handle at all.

Why would a person want to buy 100 primers knowing that they have to be shipped. Any financial gain would be lost with any kind of shipping. Primers he could buy locally at worst will be five dollars higher. That would be as cheap as poop hope to get shipping.
