Springfield M22

Would like to buy a mag. for a model 1922 Springfield 03 22 cal. Also a adapter ( cartridge holder ) for the Hoffer-Thompson model 1903 gallery rifle.

Ok got it now.Will the M2 work in a M1 model ? I think i remember someone saying that they were different.

i think this wasin a M1 model rifle sold 2 years ago cause mag got lost recently found again[:0] i belive they fit both

The 1922 M1 magazine and the M2 magazine are not interchangeable. The M2 magazine is slightly longer (extends slightly higher into the receiver). It will be marked M2 on the top left side of the magazine.
The 1922 and 1922M1 magazines are interchangeable. Using an M2 Magazine in and 1922M1 can result in the bolt hitting the top of the magazine.

Radar ......... If you haven't found a magazine yet, I have one that I will part with. It's marked "M2" on upper left corner. Has some surface pitting, but very serviceable. If you send me an email, I'll send a couple of photos.
