bamboo fly rod whats it worth

ive found a bamboo flyrod made in three sections with a spare end section it is marked ( MONTAGUE MT TOM ) with a fish in the middle of the sticker this sticker is at the base of the rod near the cork handle, it has a stainless steel looking attachment point for the reel, the total length is approx 12 ft long, the bamboo is octegon shaped 6 sided, i know it is at least 60 to 70 years old--is it worth anything will try to get some pics in the near future maybe someone will know its worth thanks brushman1449[8D][8D][8D][8D][8D][8D]

Hexagon is six sided and that is typical for split cane rods. Almost any bamboo rod will have some value if it is in decent shape, but that value may range from very modest to pretty handsome. A gunboard is probably not the best place to get a valuation on a fly rod, as we mostly do guns. I suggest you contact Adams angling with your infomation to get an approximate value.
