    ...ONE WORD.....GRILL.

    ...a little kosher salt
    a little lemon pepper

throw in a "cooking basket"(?) don't know what the he** their
called, basket one end...long handle, for grilling fish
or small stuff that might fall thru a grill...less than
    $20 bucks at Acadamey.
...they'll cook quick, just before their ready...brush own
    a little REAL butter

    ...OR

same recipe as above, but add butter at start, wrap in foil,
throw in a 365 degree oven, for about 8 min., depends on size & amount...or till they
    or not transluicent anymore...grills best...[;)]

    1 1/2 pounds bay scallops
    1 tablespoon garlic salt
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
    2 tablespoons lemon juice

    Turn broiler on.
Rinse scallop and place in a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt, melted butter or margarine and lemon juice.
Broil 6 to 8 minutes or until scallops start to turn golden. Remove from oven and serve with extra melted butter or margarine on the side for dipping. [:D]

    On the grill ...

Wrap it with smoked bacon, place on skewer, it is ready when the bacon is cooked. Can also add your favorite vegies as a kabob.

    or

    Saute ...

with lots of garlic, onions, chili sauce (or/and dried Thai peppers at your discretion), and your favorite vegies. Serve with noodles or rice.

    YUM ... enjoy!
