Ended the year on a good note....

Down visiting the inlaws in central Missouri. Headed out today to wet a line. Not really fishing weather. 45 degrees and cloudy. Caught a 16.5" bass. Not a monster, but nice to end the year with a nice bass.

Now comes the long dry spell till early march.....

    ...yeah, I hate the winter months...for fishing.
    But hey, nice fish...a bass will seldom reach over 22" give or take, regardless of how much he weighs...haven't been fishing in so long now...the DT's are setting in...[:D]

    That's how I was feeling...Did not believe I was going to catch anything when I went, but just had to wet a line because I could..[:D]

    It was enough to get me though till I can get started again in early March.

    I know exactly how that goes. I went a couple weeks ago, didn't catch a thing, but just needed to get out and chuck some lures. Can't wait for March![8D]
