Went fishing yesterday mainly for catfish. It was slow going had a few bites but that was about it. Then when I was putting a small crappie in the live well my pole slammed against the boat motor. I grabbed it right away and out went the line. Good thing I had the drag set just right. It took me about 5 minutes to get her in. The first glimpse I got I thought it was a walleye(wish it was)upon netting it, it was a striper 20" long.
For the day/1/2 day actually I only caught a small crappie and the striper.
