Is that a Muskie or a Northern Pike? Either way nice catch ... especially when you probably were not using a metal leader since you were fishing for Bass! Awesome!

Not a Northern. Vertical bars, not horizontal.

Pierce Lake in Rock Cut State Park near Rockford IL. It is a Muskie for sure. No Northern in the lake...No steel leader was using a Medium Action Ugly Stik, Old Shamano Bait Caster reel, 10lb Trilene line and a #3 Blue Fox inline spinner. It was a fun day for sure [:D]
