I took my first float fishing trip down the Holston river. I went with two guides in their river boat. This is the special boat that you control with oars from the center seat. It is made for fast water and bouncing off of rocks. The three of us had a good day fishing below Cherokee damn here in East Tennessee. The river is beautiful. We cought lots of smallmouth and one nice trout.
