To go for Spotted sea trout?
I allways catch the limit here by Pavion Key everglades national park.
We have to fight so we can run away.

    They look good to eat. We fish mostly for stripers up here in NJ but I love to fish for snook and grouper when I go to Sanibel Island, Florida,

    We catch them here on the East coast all the time. We can catch them when nothing else will bite. I take them, clean them, pack them with butter, garlic, lemon juice, and wrap them with foil and cook them on the grill. Good eating there.

    Great sport but,not my #1 choice for the table.
    I prefer a firmer meat..

    Agree, and the little worms I remove from the meat is a deterrent for lot's of people.
