    Hey William, what are you catching them on? Looks like a nice little smallie river. I've finally gotten my fishing raft patched and ready to go. I'm going out today and am going to fish my local lake, hitting all the hotspots. Its supposed to be nice weather, and I think the fish will cooperate.

    Small Spinner Baits, In Line spinners, jigs, tubes.

    The river was about dead 30 years ago. The IDNR has done a great job
    stocking and setting good limits etc. I have seen a couple 5 pounders in the last couple years. The walleye, stipper and white bass fishing are great also.
