Whoever moved it did not own up to doing so.

My friend is now in deep and I was hoping to get some help for him.

    Max- No problem. I didn't know about it being started in GD, or that it had been moved. I just got back from a fishing trip and saw it. Sorry to hear your friend is in deep. Never a good thing. Also sorry to say he would be in similar trouble if it where Minnesota.

    And yes I have only used the lock a few times. Not much to do here in the fishing forums... but that is not why I locked it.
