Do any of you guys have a good fish brine recipe?

Looking for a brine recipe for sunfish and perch. I am going to smokle them. I usually use a mixture of 1 part seasoned salt and 3 parts brown sugar. But I was wondering if anyone had a killer recipe they would be willing to share/

    Yep.

    1 gallon water
    1 cup pickling salt
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup soy sauce

That's it. Very easy and basic brine. I have used it on Salmon, Chickens, Turkey... anything I want to brine. I prefer to smoke fish over Cherry wood. Sweet and mild smoke.

Thanks, I will give it a try this week! I usually use alder or cherry but I am just a novice, so I'm not sure how much of a difference I would be able to tell between the different woods.
