Good eating fish. Caught a few lady fish then ground them up as they are oily and produce good amount of blood and have very bright luminescent scales making it Ideal for chumming.
Lady fish loves Rapala F9 silver Finnish minnow.



On Lady fish chum I caught 8 legal size Yellow tails with silver sides bait, and threw out a few Rock snappers and a couple under size groupers.

alive they make great Kingfish bait!!! real pain in the but when trout fishing!

We used to call them "Balli Who" (sp?) They the same? Used to throw oat meal into the water with a very small hook in a few pieces and caught them left and right[:)]
