196, where were those pictures taken? All of the air bases looked the same from that angle.

enterprise. it was CVAN-65 back then. note the orange SAR choppers and round island radar dome. thats all pre 78. note the old A-5's in front of the island. F-4'S up front and F-8's back aft.

Bobski- my cousin, Dave Bjerke was a Skyhawk (I think) pilot, possibly off of Enterprise. He was there fairly early in the conflict(66), then went on to the pilot school in southern Calif.

that means he was home port stationed at NAS lemoore if he was a westpac pilot. i was there later on in 82-85.
