in recognition of courageous service in aerial combat. My father
in law sent this to my husband. He was a bull turret gunner
in ww2. He was hanging by a leather harness in a glass enclosed
bubble, shooting a machine gun in aerial combat. Richard Marion
handsome dude. Anyway, Im proud of it. Hung it up on the living
room wall. The Liberator was the type of plane. Hope you Vietnam
guys don't mind me posting over here.
My brother James was us marine sniper in Lebanon, was in Beruit
when the embassy was bombed. Another brother Mickey was a paratrouper
stateside and served in Nixons honor guard once. Had people walking up and spitting in his face during vietnam era. 82nd airborne
