god i miss that man

my dad served in ww11,korea,and vietnam.I was born in 62 so i missed all the early stuff.we moved back to north georgia when he went to nam.on christmas eve 1967 a cab pulled up.out fell a duffle bag and one very drunk master sgt.For a five year old that ws the best christmas present ever.I'm fourtyfive now and god how I miss that man.I wish I could be half the man he was.

    My POP was in Korea and a 1st Leutenant in a forward Combat Medical Unit....Earned a Bronze Star going to get some shot up GI's and paid the price for FREEDOM...I miss him everyday and Will ALLWAYS REMEMBER that FREEDOM IS NOT FREE! Thanks to all the galant vets from all the Wars! God Bless America Liberty or Death!
