As you know thousands of Canadians went south and enlisted in the US forces during Vietnam, Any body here serve with Canadians?

    Yes, it counts very much. Exactly where individual service personel go to or serve at is never up to them, but is up to the leaders. When I was at Camp LeJeune, the Gunny would ask every Friday after granting leaves and passes, who wanted to sign-up for Vietnam, (1965). Many hands went up but seldom were any chosen. Eventually we all went, but the point is that: The best folks who serve, can only do as they are told, but that is also the MOST that a folk can do.
