This evening I watched the interment of President Fords funeral, and I have to admit when it came time for our military members to take over the ceremony with the 21 gun salutes, and the folding of the colors, I cried... ,and I guess the reason why is that I am so proud of our military and the way they present themselves and perform the ceremony made me even prouder. And to think that once I was part of that, being in the best Military in the World. It makes you reflect back to your days of serving, the good and bad. I feel that we hold that part of the ceremony more dear than those who have not served. When those guns start shooting, and taps is played, and the colors are folded, We the Veterans realized what that person has done to earn that. It makes me proud!, and I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.
