    There is nothing new there. The system has gone unchanged for many years. That is why some have an easy go of it and others have major dificulties.

    Disability rateings come out of a book and thjey are bound to that book to make desitions. And most of the doctors I have talked with agree that that book is BS and cannot give a rateing like it should be.
