Thats is what some BS snot nosed brain doctor told me is wrong with me.Went through "debriefing" for 7 months at Bethesda in 91 and now some of this crap is coming back that I didn't remember,and it's not only at night.Anybody got any helpful hints on this

    Takes time, Kumate. Stress could bring this on. Im no expert but the mind supresses things and maybe now it is being purged. Do not start worrying about a thought and run it through your mind over and over, been there, done that. You will get better. Keep us posted. Hobbies and prayer and time-Cahas
