Army and DOD got me again

WTH, The Army and DOD can never get anything right. 10 months ago I requested a correction to my DD214 because it was a mess when I retired. Today I get a letter from the corrections board awarding me 1 year and 10 months of overseas service that was not listed but taking away 4 years, 4 months and 2 days, of service in Panama. I guess Now I did not serve there. They did fix the award and decorations and that is good. But Man I just don't understand how this gets jacked up like this I sent them all the orders of assignment, all the awards and NCOER's from the time frames. This is crap. Talk about job security they have it in spades. They make the corrections and the mistakes they have to fix. What a goat rope.
