Only the government can spy at will & not pirates or citizens?? My keeper big brother is in control only! Get it?

The government is trying to look good and hide the very same powers they have over you and me! It's Hypocrisy at the highest degree! But for your protection and safety which only they know is best or when it threatens their power base.

They set the standards and they have all the power and call it a right of government not We The People.

Selling spyware is not just reprehensible, it's a crime," said Assistant Attorney General Caldwell. "Apps like StealthGenie are expressly designed for use by stalkers and domestic abusers who want to know every detail of a victim's personal life - all without the victim's knowledge. The Criminal Division is committed to cracking down on those who seek to profit from technology designed and used to commit brazen invasions of individual privacy."

"StealthGenie has little use beyond invading a victim's privacy" said U.S. Attorney Boente. "Advertising and selling spyware technology is a criminal offense, and such conduct will be aggressively pursued by this office and our law enforcement partners."

Yeah they do hate competition and Their secret FISA court harkens back to what The British Star Chamber courts did to their subjects in 1400's!

Of Course we fought a revolution to throw out kings ruling over us and replaced it with a rubber stamp congress bought by lobbyist and mega corporations to set up the same kind of system now!

History repeats itself and most are too ignorant to see just how they do it!

From This: The English court of Star Chamber was created by King Henry VII in 1487 and was named for a room with stars painted on the ceiling in the royal palace of Westminster where the court sat. The Star Chamber was an instrument of the monarch and consisted of royal councillors and two royal judges.

To This:Selected by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, FISA judges serve for staggered seven-year terms. Although the court carries 11 judges at a time, 14 have served this year because of routine turnover.

Six of the 14 were originally appointed to the trial courts by George W. Bush; five by Ronald Reagan; two by Clinton and one by George H. W. Bush.
