I am not a sovereign citizen and I don't know if the guy in this video is but I know that the issues he raises in the video is something the Sovereigns also believe in.

My question is where is this guy wrong?

To claim that the right to peaceably assemble and petition his government means that he has a right to operate a car on a street- sure, why not?

Does that not strike you as a leap in reasoning? I see him quoting that he may not be deprived of property except by due process of law- but being unwilling to acknowledge the laws regarding his actions.

I once towed a car that had been parked in a fire lane- to have the driver throw a fit, demanding to know who gave me the right to do that. I told him 3 people gave me that right- the judge that commissioned me as a peace officer, the fire marshal when he designated the fire lane, and the driver of the vehicle that parked it there.

A driver license is a privilege not a right unfortunately the founding fathers just had horses and never thought about a 1 ton vehicle powered by a combustible fired engine.

Now those poor gun owners in Connecticut have a good beef with authorities which will spread as Obama opens the doors to illegals here in the USA.

There a Sovereign Citizen is right about the gun grabbing government commies there! It's just going to spread and I never thought that police could go door to door and make citizens flee out of their home at gun point like in Boston after The Terrorist starting throwing out pressure cooker bombs either! All the signs are looking bad for freedoms in America.

Maybe it was another video but someone with the same argument was showing a case dismissed form he got after going to court. They did not even bring him to see a judge the DA just wrote him off as non prosecutable.

These guys all talk a great game, but when it's all broken down it is an extremely selfish ideology; they all want something for free. When they don't get it, they spout the rhetoric and bluster away.
