The Republicans are back in the majority and what are the chances they will reinstated the debt ceiling to make Congress work within a budget without The Federal Reserve reassuring The Tax paying Public will not get hung on Derivatives swop's with other Central Banks? Hint! (NEVER)

The Arm Forces are getting a deal from The Grand Old Party!Another Accountant trick to cut benefits to other areas that will cause our taxes to go up to We The People. Tax and spend and add debt is all they do Now ! Wake up! It's the old pea in the shell game! Which is a a sleight-of-hand swindling game resembling thimblerig but employing walnut shells or the like instead of thimblelike cups.

Repealing the cut would cost $7 billion. Republicans would pay for it by extending certain mandatory spending cuts, known as the sequester, through 2024.

Truthfully I don't think it matters one way or the other. I just hope to live a LONG full life. Enjoying what freedoms I can hold onto as long as I live. After that the natural consequences of our nations follies can come to roost.

the debt can't be paid; the entitlements and interest will outstrip income very soon, there is not enough wealth to pay it back. It is all a shell game, they win you lose. Such is life.

    Don't worry, be happy.

The repub's are in the majority again......so what. They have proven to be no different than the democrats for the most part. They'll raise the debt limit over and over again just as they've done in the past. They'll spend like there's no tomorrow just like the democrats.

They'll repeal nothing that Obama's signed into law, they may dance around the edges but that's just for PR purposes and nothing more. It'll accomplish nothing in the long run. The debt will keep climbing knowing full well that it will never be paid off.

Same ol' crap, different day. The general public is simply too stupid and apathetic.

To prove how useless the (R)'s will be I predict they will reelect Boehner as speaker of the House even though 65-70% of (R) voters want the bum fired.

The debt is being paid by devaluing the money. The real problem would occur if they really started to pay it off. Then the value of the debt would go up as the value of the money increased.
Remember when George the Lesser took office the biggest concern of the Federal Reserve was DEFLATION.
