4 more years of Bill Clinton

He's sleazy, he's got his hand in everything, he's gotten rich because of the office.

At the same time, during his time in office the economy roared along, everybody had work, and government functioned. He chopped back the welfare state a good bit. Say what you will about the man, but with some honest graft and corruption--and when has any government ever worked without graft and corruption?--he made the country hum along.

Say he agrees to never propose any gun legislation whatsoever and actually sticks to it. No new gun laws, no bans, no nonsense. Four more years of a great economy and lots of work and regular raises?

So... The end justifies the means? Interesting!

Personally I'd rather suffer a bit, clean up our filthy government and politicians, return to the Constitutional Republic as designed, and know that in the end we'll be better for it.

And as Junior Soprano once so elegantly said, "Yeah, and I'd like to f--- Angie Dickinson."

You fail to remember NAFTA and "free trade" agreements with other sectors of the globe which have cost Americans millions of jobs [V], you even forgot his and Jimmy Carters involvement in helping North Korea develop a nuclear program which will seriously haunt us [:0], agree the country was humming along doing fine but not due to anything he did while in office, you can thank the 2 previous Presidents for that growth. This is just a short list of things that went wrong, a new history book for you may be in order [;)] [:D]

    I'm not fooled.
Clinton passed the AWB. He and other socialists were considering a handgun ban as well. Not to mention massive taxes on firearms and related items.

The election of 1994 put the brakes on any further gun control as the socialists lost control of both houses.
Welfare reform was passed by the post 94 congress and signed into law by Clinton. If it were not for ousting the socialists from congress, there would have been no welfare reform.

Welfare reform as passed by Clinton is in essence a relic of history as Barack Obama and the socialists have rescinded such laws and increased welfare and entitlements exponentially. Barack Obama and the socialists have even allowed non residents and illegals access to all entitlements

Clinton also passed the income largest tax increase in existence which Bush repealed.

The socialist party has a strategic goal of eliminating in entirety your Second Amendment rights. I pity anyone who thinks otherwise.

From past experience I don't want four more years of a Clinton or a Bush and IMO Bush was worse than Clinton.

He lucked into a trend that was on the way with or without him. Anything good he got credit for was only with the help of Republicans. If he had both houses his whole term we would be in more trouble than we are now, except we would be unarmed.

Right on brother... and let us not forget, he dismantled the intelligence agency by cutting their budget, closed countless military bases, and left us blind to the world, using the money to maintain his balanced budget bull... He was the start of socialism in the democratic party. I have hated that party ever since they wouldn't fund the S. Vietnamese after a treaty was signed and we pulled out. We didn't lose that war, the democratic party did... This probably belongs in the political thread, but hey...lol

Bill Clinton is Elite. The Elite are not good for this nation, its people and what future it has left. His life has been one of self interests sold to the masses as good for them too.

I find the man reprehensible, his wife a evil, dangerous, vindictive, lying beioch.

From a man who "loathed" the military, who was too busy watching a ball game to authorize the killing of Bin Laden, a man whose policies with Freddie Mac directly brought about the collapse of the housing market?
The same guy who endorsed the assault weapon and magazine ban?

Don't bother waiting on his comeback, Hillary won't be nominated at the DNC.[;)]

It's never cease to amaze me how so many people view Bill Clinton as a great president. He couldn't get a 16 billion dollar stimulus passed when he first took office which is amazing in itself since the repub's didn't have control in Congress at that time. He never got any economic plan signed into law during his entire 8 years in the white house.

He did give us NAFTA which opened the door to outsourcing our manufacturing base which continues to this day. GREAT JOB BILLY BOY!!!!

He gave us the largest tax increase (at that time) in the history of the US.

Simple fact, he waltzed into office when the economy was coming out of recession and walked out when it was tanking. In between that time the economy chugged along as it always did, in spite of him and certainly not as a result of anything he did which was nothing.

The magazine ban, "cop killer" bullet ban, and 94 AWB were all done on his watch so he's no friend to gun owners or the Constitution.
