It seems those pesky legislators can nix you on State level laws as well as spy on you at will to have the FISA secret court label you as a home grown terrorist too! No due process! UnAmerica to say the least!

The Patriot Act = the Enabling Act and Homeland security = the SS. I guess that it doesn't take much imagination to see where we're heading.
