It seems those pesky legislators can nix you on State level laws as well as spy on you at will to have the FISA secret court label you as a home grown terrorist too! No due process! UnAmerica to say the least!

America is becoming more like a socialistic police state! Believe it or not!

State police spokeswoman Monique Bond said the department is "only at liberty to inform the applicant that the (board) has sustained the law enforcement objection.

Its a tribunal that is secret (or supposed to be). Its structure is largely one-sided and its members are unilaterally chosen by one unelected person.

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court -- or FISA Court for short -- is a panel that critics contend rubber-stamps nearly every National Security Agency request to snoop that it receives.

Court officials, naturally, object to that characterization.

The Patriot Act = the Enabling Act and Homeland security = the SS. I guess that it doesn't take much imagination to see where we're heading. Those who forget history are bound to repeat it.......or something along those lines. I can honestly say that I saw that crappola for what it was back when Bush Jr. was drooling his prepared speeches.

And the troika--Boehner, McConnell and Rove are still there to support the continued drooling for Bush. Enabled by the dedicated Rhinos and the Progressives.
