S.5837 a bill to repeal and amend parts of the Safe Act was passed in the NY Senate this week.Please call your Assembly person, be nice but get in their face.The Democrats outnumber Republicans two to one in the Assembly.Then comes the really tough part,King Cuomo's signature. Maybe the State Legislature can take him to the woodshed first!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I wish you luck; I hope that soon folks will start to heed my words of wisdom. OPEN, PEACEFUL, MASS DISOBEDIENCE TO UNJUST LAWS make them arrest you all or change the law.

    BPOST, Sad part to this whole story is that partial repeal and amendments were a bone thrown to us I believe on Monday to circumvent a massive demonstration by SCOPE and others for FULL REPEAL in Albany on Tuesday.I knocked my brains out for two years trying to keep King Cuomo from being elected and on election night 6,000,000 gunners sat on their *.I could tell you stories about demonstrating that would curl your hair.People with thumbs up and people that rolled their windows down and called me every four letter word in the book.In Mount Kisco,Cuomo's girlfriend's home town you would not believe how many people asked me "WHAT IS THE SAFE ACT OF 2013" In Suffern,NY and elderly retired history teacher with tears in her eyes hugged me and said "Thank God someone is trying to stop that man."(Cuomo)While I have a great deal of respect for Don King ,President of NYSRPA,I just don't understand why he is so negative on FULL REPEAL. Miracles do happen.We have few true friends in the NY State Legislature.I am tired of preaching mostly to the choir and am making plans to leave this Socialist State.BPOST, you are right, we need 10,000,000 gunners to peacefully march on Washington and get this thing over once and for all.
