So the polls show that Trump can't beat Hillary.

So if Cruz, Rubio and Donald Duck can't beast Trump how come they can beat Hillary?

Democrats have seen significantly reduced turnout. Perhaps over all, but not in Texas.
2012 Democrat votes in the primary was 590,164 and in 2016 1,433,825
So if Cruz, Rubio and Donald Duck can't beast Trump how come they can beat Hillary? Perhaps the Democrat support in the primary would not actually be there in the general and/or Trump would lose a substantial number of GOP voters.
IF Hillary could win wouldn't she have more voters in the primary? NO. I hold Democrat voters in very low regard. I don't think they care if the candidate is a lying incompetent criminal or an avowed socialist. The Democrats will garner 43~45% of the vote even running Hugo Chavez's corpse.

"Reagan Democrats", that's BS. 36 years ago there were some in the Democrat party that broke from Carters left leaning policies and the general direction the party has heading. They embraced the ideals of Reagan. With the Democrat rush to the left since then for them to remain "Reagan Democrats" would mean they have the IQ of a soap dish. They would either be Independents or Republicans, NOT Democrats. Of the crossover voters do they really support Trump, or just want him over any of the others as the GOP candidate with no intention of voting for him in the general. Or is it his hyper nationalist rhetoric, perhaps they are racists and only want all the Mexicans thrown out, or is it Trumps position on tariffs that could protect their union contracts. Could it be any or all of them? Reguardless this is one Senior he won't have.
