American diaspora - Multiple Millions affected
The meaning of a word in the Title of a Wikipedia article was NEW (to me). Doesn't happen often but left me "clueless" about the entire subject since the title was only TWO WORDs.
My favorite Defination:
A diaspora is a large group of people with a similar heritage or homeland who have since moved out to places all over the world. The term diaspora comes from an ancient Greek word meaning "to scatter about."
