From listening to Clinton you'd think it was ONLY AUTOMATIC weapons that were banned in Australia.
Guns are extremely difficult to own. You must have a reason to have one or join a club or ??? (be politically connected). [:D]
Where did Australia get the money to BUY your guns,, guess where, hint: how to governments get money ??? TAXES of course. Bought your guns with your money and then DESTROYED them.
Australia offered a GREAT price for common guns, one was a Ruger Mini 14, stainless, folding stock. Wrote Australia, told them I wanted to turn in the rifle for the money offered. Got a reply, sorry but the rifle must be in Australia.
