    The link to a 9/11 video makes me wonder What CFR needs action by posters and why ?

    CFR = Code of Federal Regulations
    CFR = Council on Foreign Relations.
    CFR = Cost and Freight
    CFR = Campaign Finance Reform
    CFR = Carbon Fiber Reinforced
    CFR = Cumulative Failure Rate (this has possibility).
