Until there is a the War of Northern Aggression .
Here in Rochester NY they seem to want different rules for people who work and people who take.
Ten long years till the missus can retire.

    with over half of the people on welfare and disability your retiremnt and savings may be in danger of seizure...look at other countries for example...trick may be how to survive on what you earned by keeping it in some form usable only by you

    Have been squirreling away CASH for years. Ever since Obama floated the idea of confiscating retirement pensions/401s and savings accounts a few years ago, I have NO faith in the US Govt when MY finances are concerned.

    all the govt has to do is force you to turn in your old money for their NEW money ...at a considerable discount no doubt...remember the restricions placed on gold years ago

    argentina 2008 seized $29 BILLION from private savings...ireland 2011 raided private pensions...greece closed the banks allowing only $67 a day to be drawn out of private retirement...AND....the demoncrats in the USA have already proposed rolling your private retirement into social security and allowing only $600 a month for you to draw out.....never say it can NEVER happen
