    If he *can* testify, that would have already leaked. The only thing that has leaked out is that Manafort has nothing of value to say in regards to Trump. Surely you don't believe that Mueller, whose sole task is to investigate collusion between Trump and Russia would have a star witness ready to testify, after already giving him a plea deal....and then walk away.

    They did away with the guillotine and The oligarchy have sewn in the system where the common man has no recourse to challenge their so-called legislation of manipulation with all actions in their states. They can certify any law within reason to gain control.

    Soon they will have absolute power to track and analysis all movements of we the people to instill discipline and there will be no challenges to their ultimate authority. If you go out of bounds. And the boundary with all will be ever-present and totally encompassing,

    Just look at forfeiting civil seizures laws for reference.

    seizure laws in kansas are changing some...law enforcement can confiscate without charges or convictin if believed involved with a crime...governor just signd a law requiring LE to report what they took and how they used it to take place starting in 2020...its a step in the right direction but these laws set to go in the future seem a cop out of current responsiblitiy...
